Since 1996, RPMC Lasers has been offering laser diode products. Our comprehensive single emitter product line includes high power multimode laser diodes in wavelengths from 622nm - 2.3um and single mode laser diodes from 375nm – 1550nm. CW and QCW laser diode bar products are also available including; unmounted diode laser bars, chip on submount, conductively cooled laser diode packages, horizontal and vertical microchannel cooled stacks, QCW arrays, and fiber coupled laser diodes modules from 1W through 400W output power. Most of our laser diode bar products are available in wavelengths from 790nm – 1064nm, but also have wavelengths from 635nm through 1850nm available. Free space collimated laser diodes are available in many of our package styles. High power laser diode modules are available in free space and fiber coupled laser diode versions in wavelengths from 375nm – 1064nm. We also offer DFB laser diodes, wavelength stabilized laser diodes, Superluminescent Laser Diodes (SLD) and accessories for laser diodes such as diode laser drivers, TEC controllers, heatsinks and laser diode mounts. In addition we can work with you on a custom diode laser that requires a special wavelength, package, or operating parameters.
RPMC Lasers, Inc. offers a variety of dpss lasers and lamp pumped lasers that are tailored to a wide range of industries including industrial , scientific, solar, semiconductor, photovoltaic, medical, and military.
The femtosecond lasers are ideal for medical, industrial, scientific, and numerous other micromachining applications. These ultrafast lasers are ideal for cold ablation of any material: metals, ceramics, polymers, composites, coatings, glass, plastics, diamonds, PET, and any other material, or even layered substrates. Cold ablation allows for material to be removed without heating the residual material. Thus, you will not have heat affected zone, splatter, nor will you have significant recast.
We offer a wide range of picosecond lasers that are available with up to 50W of average power and 0 - 1MHz rep rates. Compact, air-cooled, units available as well. The majority of the ps lasers we offer are available with 532nm, 355, and 266nm options. Industrial processes include micromachining, cold ablation, semiconductor processing, solar cell manufacturing, stent cutting, laser marking; for medical processes such as ophthalmology and dermatology; and for military uses such as seeding, range-finding, SWIR imaging, and LADAR/LIDAR. We also offer custom picosecond solutions.
Both diode pumped and lamp pumped nanosecond lasers are available for industrial processes including, semiconductor processing, solar cell manufacturing, ITO removal, stent cutting, laser marking; for medical processes such as ophthalmology and dermatology; and for military uses such as seeding, rangefinding, SWIR imaging, and LADAR/LIDAR.
CW lasers are available at wavelengths of 473, 550, 532, 562, 1550, and 1064nm. These lasers offer outstanding power stability/low noise, temperature stabilized, low power consumption, high speed modulation, fiber coupling options. Applications: Fluorescence excitation, flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, material analysis, polymer curing, light scattering, and metrology.
We also offer a variety of fiber lasers and fiber amplifiers at 1.0µm and 1.5µm, pulsed or CW, up to 100W with options such as polarization maintaining, SLM, OEM format and plug & play turnkey systems. These units are suitable for a variety of applications covering telecom, industrial, scientific, medical and LIDAR applications. Custom units are available upon request that are configured to your specific requirements. Our fiber laser team brings a broad expertise & experience in the specialized field of Lasers, Fibers & Optical Amplification.
Custom lasers are available that are capable of meeting Mil spec requirements. Custom lasers are available in a variety of different wavelengths including eyesafe (1.5um).
